Engagement, Training and Dissemination

This working group will manage a detailed dissemination plan to promote the practices of multiple-view LCSA

Task 4.1
Create a MultiViewLCSA website and manage social media accounts, keep updating the news and planned events, and provide newsletter subscriptions.
Task 4.2
Create a cloud-based platform containing datasets, developing tools, technical reports and guidelines.
Task 4.3
Provide training lectures and tutorial materials with training schools.
Task 4.4
Organizing workshop to create a plan to engage more research institutions, companies and policy-makers for enhancing and promoting the practices of multiple-view LCSA.
Task 4.5
Final Action Dissemination Event to maximize the impact of MultiViewLCSA outcomes.

Organize a workshop to create a public engagement plan aiming for bringing more representatives from companies, government and NPOs into the network in Year 1 (M4.5) and generate workshop report (D4.5)
Publish Action website and open social media accounts (M4.6), keep updating and posting news, and releasing newsletters (D4.7)
Create a cloud-based storage platform (M4.8), and keep updating datasets, developing tools and guidelines (D4.8)
Participate policy/NPO event in Year 3 (M4.9)
Offer a training school in terms of lectures, seminars and tutorials in Year 2-4 respectively (D4.10-D4.12, at least one time in ITC)
Attend international conferences, webinars and do presentations, and advertise Actions through executive programmes and open course packages (D4.9)
Organize Final Action Dissemination event (D4.13)
